What are the team captain’s responsibilities?
You are responsible for reserving your team’s spot in the Event (selecting team name, shirt color, etc.), notifying your teammates to register for your team, being a point of contact for Brewing Hope, and getting pitchers of beer at each bar on your pub crawl.

What does reserving my team do?
Submitting a Team Reservation Form will hold your team’s place for the Pub Crawl, allowing you to select a team name, t-shirt color preference, etc.  You will then need to either register and pay for your team members or have them register and pay themselves.  You will receive an email with event details that you can forward to prospective team members with instructions on how to register.

What does our entry fee include?
Your team’s entry fee includes event t-shirts and mugs for all teammates, and pitchers of beer at each bar in your pub crawl.

How many pitchers does my team get at each bar?
Teams up to 2 people = 1 pitcher; up to 5 people = 2 pitchers; up to 8 = 3 pitchers; up to 10 = 4 pitchers; up to 13 = 5 pitchers; up to 15 = 6 pitchers; up to 18 = 7 pitchers; up to 20 = 8 pitchers.

How do I register members of my team?
Team members may use the event’s PayPal button to pay for their entry fee and select their t-shirt size(s).  Team captains may register and pay for their entire team at once OR have their individual team members pay on their own.  Make sure they put your name and/or the team name on their PayPal checkout form so we know which team they are registering for.

What is the difference between “reserving” and “registering” a team?
Reserving a team will simply create a team that individuals or groups of people can join – allowing the Team Captain to select a team name, t-shirt color, bar preference, etc.  Registering involves paying the entry fee(s) and selecting t-shirt size(s).  Registering MUST be completed to participate in the pub crawl.

Can teams be paired with another team?
Yes, in the corresponding section of the registration form be sure to indicate the captain’s name and team name (if you know it) of the team you would like to be on the same bar schedule with.

Is it possible to have more than 10 people on our team?
Yes, your team can have as many people as you want.  Team members must use the PayPal button to pay for their entry fee and select their t-shirt size.

What is the smallest team size possible?
The smallest team size accepted is 2 people.  Teams of less than 8 people will likely be combined with other small teams to form a team of 10 (or as close to 10 as possible).  If you wish to register as an individual, send an email to your Event’s email address and the coordinator will find a team to place you on.

Can I request a t-shirt color for our team?
Yes.  When filling out the reservation form please indicate your top three color requests.  We will do our best to accommodate all teams.

Can we change shirt sizes after the initial registration?
Yes. You can make changes to your team shirt sizes or color prior to the registration cut-off.  Please send an email to the email address for your event, along with the details.
